The meeting, all meals, and all events will be at the Intercontinental DC — Wharf in Washington, D. C.
We have secured a block of rooms such that lodging is available for all participants at the venue. Reservations should be made directly with the Intercontinental via the “Book Your Room” button below. The cut-off date for room reservations is August 4, 2023. Reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted on a space-available basis and will not be able to take advantage of the conference rate.

Roughly 30–35 miles from the hotel, these airports serve a wider range of air traffic routes. You can find directions on Google Maps for Dulles and BWI.
